Makita 36V LXT Brushless 21 Commercial Lawn Mower Kit with 4 Batteries

Makita is now expanding its range of cordless outdoor power equipment to include the 18V X2 (36V) LXT Brushless Cordless 21” Lawn Mower (XML07PT1). This mower offers a solution for efficient grass cutting with zero emissions, reduced maintenance, and lower noise levels. It is powered by two 18V LXT batteries with a 4-bay battery system that can hold an additional two batteries for double the run time without needing to switch to a different battery platform.

The Makita-built motor can deliver up to 2,800 RPM, while the Quiet Mode setting reduces noise by providing constant speed control at 2,300 RPM. With 4 5.0Ah 18V LXT batteries, the mower can cover up to half an acre. It also features convenient quick height adjustments, mulching capability, and a commercial-grade steel deck for durability.

The XML07PT1 package includes the lawn mower, four fast-charging 18V LXT lithium-ion 5.0Ah batteries, and an efficient 18V Dual Port Rapid Optimum Charger. The lawn mower is equipped with Makita Extreme Protection Technology (XPT), which provides a protective seal inside the tool for improved operation in harsh conditions by directing water and dust away from key internal components.

As part of the expanding 18V LXT System, Makita's lithium-ion batteries have the fastest charge times in their categories, allowing for more work time and less charging time. The Star Protection Computer Controls technology ensures improved tool performance and extended battery life by enabling real-time data exchange between the tool and battery to prevent overloading, over-discharging, and overheating.

The mower can also be powered by Makita 18V LXT Lithium-Ion Batteries with the star symbol, indicating Star Protection inside. This eliminates the need for gas, emissions, oil mixing, or pull starts, providing a hassle-free and eco-friendly grass cutting experience.
